ENERGY CONSERVATION  As the industry becomes more and more conscious of the mark it leaves on the environment, icontrols strives to assist our clients with minimizing their energy usage and managing an eco-friendly building.  Occupancy sensors, night set-backs on equipment, and innovative  programming are just a few of the ways we achieve this.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE  We offer comprehensive maintenance plans to extend the life of our clients buildings, and keep operating costs and energy usage as low as possible.  Our plans are customized for each of our clients' specific needs.  We offer preventative maintenance visits, system monitoring, pre-purchased service hours, priority response time, software upgrades, system backups, and discounted pricing on all materials. 

LOOKING FOR AN ECONOMICAL BUT STATE OF THE ART CONTROL SYSTEM?  We can pre-program Honeywell WEBs and Spyder controllers to meet our clients' sequence of operation and send them out to them for installation.  In most cases, we can provide remote access to their site that will allow us to aid them in check-out and commissioning.    We can provide all the graphics and owner training.
